We have a Kindergarten Grad!!!

Last Friday, May 27th, Miss Mackenzie graduation from Kindergarten!!  We're so proud of her and the beautiful and intelligent young lady she has become!  Here are some clips!

Last Day, First Snow

Mother Nature decided to give us a present our last day of the year... First Snow Fall of the season!

Kenzie decided that it was perfect weather for a Snowman, or Snow - Grandma.

Here she is in all her glory, Snow Grandma!  She didn't say which grandma it represented, so i like to think it has the making of both Grandma Lisa and Niece.

Kenzie had the final say in cosmetic additions, and i thought i would share some of her insights

An Artist At Work

New Family Member... Kaynah

Say hello to our newest family member Kaynah.  She was named by Mackenzie.  After toying with the idea of Rosetta, she decided that since it was close to Christmas and cats are like candy canes, that Kaynah would be a perfect name.

She is an awesome cat, and woke me up several times during the night by pouncing on my head.  She also likes to go after your eye lashes.

Halloween 2010

Mackenzie has been going to La Petite for a few years now.  She absolutely loves the teachers and reminds us everytime they have an after school function.

Here is Gracie and Mackenzie.  Best Friends every other day.

The highlight of the night is when Mackenzie won the Justin Bieber raffle!!  I was actually really excited for her, it is such a cool feeling to win something completely random.

California Trip

Better late than never!

We had a blast on the trip.  Mackenzie had a great time with the cousins and still talks about the cloud making factory we saw on our way there.

It was very noticeable the chain of command the three fell into.  Canyon had a grown ups understanding of situations and was certainly the older and more sensible one.  Mackenzie continued to keep a close watch on him and still today reminds us that she can do whatever Canyon can do.  I think her love of soccer and board games come from this.  Auggie is full of spunk, and wanted to do what Kenzie did.  Other times and most often he just did what he wanted to do.  We were all commonly referred to as "Stinkers"


It was an awesome vacation and we hope we get to see everyone next Thanksgiving at our place!
